Erin Merchant is a human with teeth, killer fashion, and no time for BS. She works with professionals and organizations in honing IT business partnership, strategy, and operational development. Her focus is in building sustainable, healthy teams and positive IT culture as a force multiplier for business. Her tenacity comes from leadership work in the film, finance, healthcare, and tech industries.

Chris Dawe is an Apple technologist and networking specialist residing in beautiful Cascadia. Chris has managed systems for a variety of businesses, speaks regularly on industry topics such as Wi-Fi networking and IT management, and helped lead the regional meetup group Apple Admins of Seattle and the Great Northwest. Originally from South Texas by way of Chicago, he now lives in Seattle with his partner Emily.

Diego Iaconelli has a greater affinity for people than for machines. Passionate and opinionated, his work aims to develop caring individuals, using technology as a tool to enable human connection. Throughout his career in publishing, startups, and tech, he has demonstrated that anthropology and human-centered approaches have an essential place in IT. Currently at Anthropic, he works in IT and Security. Originally Italian, Diego currently calls the United Kingdom home.

Rebecca Latimer is currently the Senior IT Endpoint Engineer at Thumbtack. She lives in northern Minnesota in a very old house with her partner Joel, her daughter Ava, and a photogenic golden retriever named Scully. Prior to discovering her passion as a Mac Admin, Rebecca led lives as a line cook, goat farmer, bartender, stay-at-home-mom, QA tester, web developer, elementary school "tech lady", and member of the Minnesota Conservation Corps.

Scott Blake is a Senior Client Platform Engineer at Flywire, where he focuses on automation, identity, and secure device management for a global fleet of devices. A longtime Apple admin, including two decades in higher education, Scott is passionate about building scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

Collin Elliott is an IT Engineer who loves to solve complex problems. He has spent time at multiple unicorn startups and non-profit organizations. He loves sports (especially baseball), LEGO, and superheroes and lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, kids, and dog.

John Mahlman has been doing Mac admin and engineering work for over 15 years and has still not lost his passion (or his mind). Though he spent most of his career in education technology, he currently works for a government technology contractor as the Mac and Linux platform lead. He lives in Philadelphia and is an executive member of the Greater Philadelphia Mac Admins.

Tom Bridge is the founding Co-Chair of the Mac Admins Foundation, the CTO for I.M.P. Productions in DC and also the producer of the Mac Admins Podcast. He lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife Tiffany and their son Charlie.

Sabrina Coy is the former Chair Emeritus of the Mac Admins Foundation, and was co-founder and long-time admin of the Mac Admins Slack. Sabrina lives in Baltimore, MD with her partner and their tiny dog.

Gerard Massey is based in the DC Metro Area and currently serves as Senior Systems Engineer at Bezos Academy. Before that, he served as a technology leader and Apple engineer in several sectors: fintech, the federal government, geospatial intelligence, law, public relations, and advertising. He received his bachelor's degree in Information Communication Technology from Florida State University.
Emily Kausalik-Whittle is the Manager of Client Platform Engineering at Jamf, founder of Austin Apple Admins, and a co-host of the Mac Admins Podcast. She holds a Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin in Music Theory.
